Tuna Nori Rolls

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 can tinned Tuna

  • 1/4 Cucumber (sliced thin)

  • 3 Spring Onion (sliced thin)

  • 1/2 Avocado (sliced thin)

  • Handful Alfalfa/Salad Sprouts

  • 3 - 4 Nori roll sheets

Method

  1. Place Nori roll on a surface, with shiny side facing down

  2. Fill Nori roll horizontally with a thin line of ingredients (on ingredients list - careful not to over fill)

  3. Wet furtherest edge of Nori sheet and
    begin rolling, lift the end of the Nori sheet closest to you and fold it over your ingredients.

  4. Make sure that you have a tight roll and dab water along the exposed edge of Nori.

  5. Dip in Tamari or a homemade dressing to serve.

A quick and easy to homemade dressing to compliment Nori rolls: Lemon Juice, lazy Garlic, a dash of Tamari, Apple Cider Vinegar, dash of Coconut Aminos / Maple Syrup, Chilli, pinch of Pepper and Cumin - mix well.
