How it works

  1. We collect your personal information including your life commitments.

  2. Your bespoke training programme with nutrition support is devised, which set your new standards for a stronger and healthier you!

  3. We track your progress using Body Composition Scales.

Socialising and Training

Your protein forward diet is very flexible around social events and work. You can plan in your weekly treat meal (this can be anything you like such as a social event).

Your nutrition plan will support your training energy requirements.

What will my plate of food look like?

Your new approach to eating will ensure protein is the star on your plate at every meal, in addition to fibrous carbohydrates and some fruit. Treat meals are included.

Why protein?

Protein is required for virtually every cell in the human body.

In more detail protein is broken down into smaller building block units called amino acids, which your body then uses to build and repair tissues or convert into glucose in the liver. Amino acids are used in a process called gluconeogenesis, which produces glucose from non-carbohydrate sources. This process is especially important during long fasts, like overnight while sleeping, or during prolonged periods without food.

In other words, amino acids have a minimal impact on blood glucose levels in healthy people.

Along with this, when you eat protein it reduces your level of the hunger hormone ghrelin. It also boosts the levels of peptide YY, a hormone that makes you feel full.. Essentially a high-protein diet reduces hunger, helping you eat fewer calories. This is
caused by the improved function of weight-regulating hormones, which will not only help with weight loss, but support mood and energy levels too.

The bottom line…

Protein helps repair and build your body’s tissues, allows metabolic reactions to take place and coordinates bodily functions.

In addition to providing your body with a structural framework, proteins also maintain proper pH and fluid balance.

Finally, they keep your immune system strong, transport and store nutrients and can act as an energy source, if needed.

Collectively, these functions make protein one of the most important nutrients for your health. So, how important is protein in your diet? It is very important!

What Clients are saying?

“Being on the plan has changed everything. The weight came off easily but I did have concerns that I might put it on again . . . but three months on I’m still at my target weight, still eating healthily and it’s just become a way of life. It’s so easy to maintain and I feel so much better, I’ve no concerns at all now. I’ve relaxed a lot but still keep to the basic principles…and it seems to keep me at a steady weight, full of energy and with a balanced mood.
I’d recommend this way of life!”
