Body Reset is for anyone wanting to to get leaner, stronger and healthier for the long term.

I am a Personal Trainer specialising in Exercise Referral and Strength Training, with a protein forward approach to diet. Combining diet and exercise we can work holistically shaping a stronger and happier YOU!

Further qualifications: Mat, Reformer and Barre Pilates STOTT Instructor, Antenatal & Postnatal Pregnancy, Special Populations Pilates and Exercise Referral,

I have dedicated hundreds of hours of study and research into the field of Functional Anatomy and nutrition to better understand the human body.

Areas I specialise in: strength training, injury prevention and rehabilitation, weight loss, protein requirements, anti-inflammatory diets and reducing food cravings.

 

Here’s my full story

Battling with health issues throughout my teens, I made a complete U-turn when I embarked on a raw food course held in Jersey, when I was just 17 years old. At the time raw food was a fairly new concept. The 5 day raw food course completely changed my mindset and understanding about health, being that food and exercise can be the used as medicine and a key to optimal health.

Today, my diet is certainly not 100% raw, but this was a good place to start, learning to appreciate food at its purest and as a form of medicine.

Now I do not claim to have a certain way of eating, but do follow how our ancestors would have eaten, being a diet of mostly animal proteins and fibrous carbohydrates.

I am here to help you.

Over the last decade, my journey has involved a rich variety of remarkable experiences, from raw food retreats in Iceland, Herbal Medicine study in Norfolk, Phlebotomy Training in London and learning from my highly-skilled mentors Liz Sheehan and Kate Knowler, which has led me onto the path of starting my own business in fitness and health. Body Reset was not planned, it is a business venture and love that has genuinely developed organically from life experience, support from family and friends, and encouraging results and feedback from my clients.
