Body Reset Four Week Nutrition Plan

A nutrition plan tailored to your needs, with carefully selected, high protein foods to support your body to build lean muscle and burn fat for energy.

Using only real food and high quality ingredients three meals a day, I have not yet had a client hungry on their programme, making weight loss goals enjoyable, long lasting and achievable.

How the programme works

An initial consultation (45 minutes in-person) to collect personal health and diet related information. You will then receive your personalised nutrition plan (physical and PDF copy of your plan), followed by a second consultation (45 minutes via Zoom) to go through programme delivery.

Programme structure:

  • A 1-day gentle cleanse to prepare the body.

  • The body is reprogramming your metabolism to go into fat stores for energy and reduce unwanted food cravings.

  • Two weeks in a midway review with your coach to discuss ways to bring your new way of eating into your everyday life.

  • Finally a review of progress and after-care plan.

Your progress is tracked via Body Composition scales.

The Science

The reason most diets don’t work is because they are based on reducing food, which in the short will cause weight loss but over a period of time the body kicks into survival mode and slows the metabolism down because the body is holding onto any calories it can, storing them as fat in preparation for the next famine or period with reduced calorie intake which for many end up as weight gain in the long term. The reason is because the body wants to get back to its starting weight.

Body Reset Nutrition Plans consists of three nutritious meals a day, using only foods that are high in bio-availability, meaning they can be easily used as protein building blocks. This combined with giving the body time to fully digest and go into a fat burning state makes weight loss realistic and sustainable.
