Roasted Local Squash

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 Butternut Squash

  • Salt and Pepper for seasoning

  • a drizzle of Body Bio Oil or a good quality cold-pressed Olive Oil (contact me for more information on Body Bio Oil).

Method

  1. Slice Squash into quarters

  2. Add seasoning

  3. Place in oven at 180 degrees C for 30 - 35 minutes

Buying a fresh and local vegetables makes such a difference to nutrient value and flavour. I bought this Squash from a local farm just down the road from where I live.
