Lucy’s Homemade Hummus

 
 

Ingredients

  • Organic Tinned Chickpeas (Waitrose brand)

  • Chickpea Juice (saved from the tin)

  • 1 Clove Garlic/tsp Lazy Garlic (from jar)

  • Juice of half a Lemon

  • Pinch of Himalayan Salt

  • Pinch Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Cumin

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender, including chickpea juice from tin

  2. Blend until smooth or to desired consistency

Enjoy on Ryvita Crisp Breads or with Carrot sticks, perfect for lunch on the go. Lasts for up to 5 days in the fridge.
