Body Reset Food Dressing

A dressing for everything.

This is my ‘go to’ food dressing without fail and often recommend it to client’s while on the programme, I call it ‘Food Dressing’ because it tastes great on vegetables, in a mixed bean dish and can be used to season cooked meat or fish. Body Reset Food Dressing is quick, easy and cheap to make, contains healing herbs and it is anti-inflammatory to the body, plus full of flavour.

Ingredients

  • 150ml Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1/2 Lemon - for the juice

  • Pinch of good quality Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 tsp Tamari

  • 1 tsp ground Cumin

  • 1 tsp lazy Garlic / fresh Garlic chopped fine

  • Chilli flakes (optional)

  • 2 tsp lazy Ginger / fresh Ginger (optional)

Mix all the ingredients together in a glass jar by shaking or whizz it up in food blender. Store in jar in fridge, keeps for 7 - 10 days.
